How long will shipping take? |

Clutches are individually handmade, and not mass produced, during peak
shopping seasons they can take
from 5 to 7 days to ship. All other orders generally ship the next
business day. |

affiliate program with banners and text links that will pay you for
referred sales, and we're happy to help facilitate offline sales through
such things as coupon classes and workshops with personalized affiliate
URLs and print flyers. |

What size binder do I need for my Coupon
Clutch? |

Our Coupon Clutch fabric binder covers are meant to fit snugly over
standard 2" capacity binders that you can find at WalMart, most
Walgreens or any local office supply store. Look for a binder with
the rings on the spine rather than the back cover to get the best fit.
If you prefer a larger binder cover you can also choose from 3", 4" and
5" sizes in the dropdown box on the product pages. |

Can I use your downloadable Coupon Clutch
pattern to make some for sale at craft fairs or on Etsy? |

Our Coupon Clutch is a patented design and the downloadable pattern
is also copyrighted with all rights reserved. Because we are
frugal people serving a frugal audience we wanted to provide a less
costly method for those with the ability to create their own Coupon
Clutches, however the pattern is intended for personal use only.
This means that you may use the pattern to make a Coupon Clutch for
yourself, or as a gift for a friend or loved one, but you may not resell
the pattern or use it to create same or similar Coupon Clutches for
sale. |

Where are the Coupon Clutches made? |

We employ a small army of home seamstresses who work from their
homes here in the USA and we are all grateful to our customers and
affiliates for helping create these jobs! |

Can I return my Coupon Clutch? |
| A. |
While we will accept returns of most items within 30 days for
exchange or refund, we are unable to accept the larger 4" and 5" covers
as they are considered custom orders. |

My shipment was lost or stolen. What
can I do? |
| A. |
We will provide all available tracking and shipping information so
you may request that your carrier perform an investigation. Risk
of loss transfers from Coupon Clutch to the carrier upon our delivery of
the ordered products to them. |
